Q on left hand fingering (omitted in the book).
Problem starts when a few adjacent are played on the same fret. E.g.:
2nd inversion of major triad (strings 4/3/2)
or
root position of minor triad (strings 3/2/1)
So far I'm using small barre to play 3 strings at the same fret, it works on clean sound, but with overdrive, barre sweep picking turns into mess, since I can't "lift each finger of the left hand after striking the note".
I tried to literally finger each string with "own" finger, but it feels pretty awkward (adjacent strings, same fret).
Ross, could you give an example of left hand fingering, e.g. for triads?
